This elegant leather folder containing six records music was removed from the Berghof in late April 1945, GI’s details are sadly lost to time. A precious gift given to Hitler by who knows what high personality of the Third Reich, a dedication “To the Leader and Chancellor of the German People” was engraved on the case. Inside we find six rare musical discs each inventoried with the number S/543, the same inventory number that we find printed under the Berghof label.
