HERMANN GORING FORK FROM PERSONAL TRAIN

This most elegant Table fork small comes from Hermann Göring’s dining car personal train, the spoon is in choice mint condition. It is 15,5 cm long. The handle border has an angled downward motif but is otherwise smooth. The obverse lower handle has the raised open-wing eagle clutching a wreath with mobile swastika. The initials of the Reich Railway system are on either side of the wreath, “D.R” respectively.
The reverse of the fork is hallmarked with the Bruckmann markings Further, the handle is stamped, “243” which was the dining car assigned to Göring.
